TI Expo 2022 / Essen

A complete success

MABI AG - Insulating machines presented some novelties at the TI - Expo 2022 in Essen / Germany. Among others, the new MABI Bingo 16-Z Classic. Our customers get an "all-in-one" package in the smallest possible space, including a cutting system with integrated pipe line. By using the mechanical cutting systems, we also achieve our own ambitious CO2 reduction target for our "Green Technology" efforts.

• The fastest pipe line, MABI 16-4Z Classic, produces up to 10 ready-to-assemble metres of pipe meters per minute & of course, the incomparable MABI Bingo 2 EVO was also on the stand as the top model among the cutting machines.
• Laser: We presented the proven MABI 3000E EVO Laser with a new laser cutting unit and various technical modifications.
• Measurement: Interface to ISOCOM / ComCad (live demo at the special show at the trade fair).
• 3D scanning: A high-speed 3D laser scanning system for referencing, linking and refining scanned and BIM data directly at the construction site.
• Industry 4.0 - data retrieval in real time. The Industry 4.0 interface contains a collection of data that can be queried in real time and processed externally.

As you can see... a lot has changed at MABI... and to be able to exhibit again at a presence event after more than two years and above all, to meet customers and interested parties in the flesh again, was a great pleasure for all those involved in the MABI AG trade fair.
